As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of product features that expand and enhance MEDFAR’s healthcare platform. You’ll play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions that support new clinical workflows and technological innovation.
The ideal candidate brings experience building large-scale web applications, strong leadership and communication skills, and a rigorous, data-driven approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable making technical decisions, mentoring others, and taking initiative to drive high-quality outcomes across the stack.
The Team You’ll Join
You'll be joining a versatile and dynamic team focused on building solutions that extend the value of our core product and meet real client needs. This team operates at the intersection of product integration and client-driven innovation.
On one side, you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of integrations that allow our platform to connect with external systems, ensuring a smooth and secure flow of information into and out of our ecosystem. These integrations support a wide range of use cases and are critical to delivering value across our client base.
On the other side, you'll help deliver custom-built solutions tailored to specific client needs. These are often strategic projects funded directly by clients, offering a clear return on investment and real-world impact, even if they’re not yet on the broader product roadmap.
