Responsibilities  

  • Develop growth strategy plans based on product capabilities and competitive analysis
  • Fully understand the business, combine its characteristics and customer profiles to manage customer lifecycle operations finely, and improve Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Monitor data and use funnel models to analyze user behavior, understand conversion at various dimensions, delve into core factors, and optimize the funnel.
  • Utilize A/B testing to drive operations and product decisions with experiments and data, achieving rapid iteration and optimization
  • Coordinate multi-party resources effectively, formulating strategies that leverage internal and external brand, content, community, market, and partnership resources to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of product operations experience, with at least 2 years in the finance/securities/futures trading industry; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred
  • Successful experience in operating financial products, capable of product planning, operation coordination, and execution
  • Knowledgeable about various internet product promotion methods and channels, and familiar with investor lifecycle operations
  • Strong project management skills, able to set work plans and control the work pace effectively to achieve project goals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to adjust operational strategies based on operational data to meet operational targets.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
