YOU WILL

Co-create and implement external brand communication on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Design simple visual materials in line with Helprise’s visual identity (e.g., using Canva)
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in employer branding and communications
Support the organization of external events and Helprise’s presence at industry fairs
Help maintain consistency and accuracy across internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters)
Ensure brand communication consistency across all internal and external channels
Manage brand assets (logos, graphic materials, templates)
Co-organize internal events that foster company culture and employer branding
Support onboarding and ongoing internal communication efforts

Requirements

A strong interest in developing your skills in communication and marketing — this is a great role for entry-level candidates, including students and recent graduates
Fluent English
Excellent written Polish and a good sense of communication style and tone
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva
