What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst, or in Customer Success within the programmatic AdTech space, preferably in the CTV/In-app space.
  •  Experience working with 3rd-party ad servers, DSPs, and SSPs.
  •  Strong understanding of the AdTech industry – including Publishers, Advertisers, and Networks.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, effective interactions.
  •  Fluent in English, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Maintain close communication with top-tier publishers and buyers.
  • Provide technical support, resolving customer inquiries for a smooth experience.
  • Analyze customer accounts, guiding them to optimize revenue and business growth.
  • Conduct product training to help customers maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, offering insights to customers and internal teams.
