Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location:

Remote, based anywhere in India.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls.

Qualifications:

• 4+ Years of ServiceNow Platform Administration and Scripting. Working experience on Technology workflow products is an additional advantage.
• Experience with building dashboards using Performance Analytics.
• Understanding of ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designers, and Service Portal
• Experience in creating and presenting software demonstrations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities
• Experience with defining and capturing the relationships between different products
• Understanding of how products can serve industry-specific needs
