Expertise in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development.
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls.
Qualifications:
4+ Years of ServiceNow Platform Administration and Scripting. Working experience on Technology workflow products is an additional advantage.
Experience with building dashboards using Performance Analytics.
Understanding of ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designers, and Service Portal
Experience in creating and presenting software demonstrations
Strong documentation and communication skills
Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities
Experience with defining and capturing the relationships between different products
Understanding of how products can serve industry-specific needs
