Job Title: Freelance Trainer – Spyglass Platform

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced freelance trainer to deliver hands-on training on the Spyglass Platform, focusing on enterprise observability, monitoring, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT operations, AIOps, or performance monitoring tools, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training sessions on the Spyglass Platform
  

• Provide real-world use cases, lab exercises, and hands-on demonstrations
  

• Customize content based on audience (IT teams, DevOps, or enterprise clients)
  

• Support learners with Q&A, troubleshooting, and post-training guidance
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the Spyglass Platform or similar observability tools
  

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, AIOps, or log analytics
  

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps workflows
  

• Strong communication and instructional skills
  

• Ability to set up and manage lab environments for hands-on training
