🚀 Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and children worldwide. At Kodland, our goal is to prepare children for the future. We help them learn skills that will set them up to excel in their careers, as well as develop their interests.


Thanks to the efforts of our global team, thousands of children from different countries have collaborated to create their first programs, websites, and mobile applications.

Are you a creative and passionate individual who expresses their creativity through digital media – be it graphics, animation, design, or writing? Are you passionate about teaching children and sharing your knowledge of design and digital skills? Are you looking for a profession that inspires young people to express their creativity through digital media?


We are looking for dedicated and creative individuals to join our community of online tutors.

An Online Tutor would be responsible for:

  • Delivering fun and engaging classes based on provided scripts and materials.
  • Improving your teaching skills with the help of experienced Kodland mentors.
  • Communicating any feedback on classes and content to the office team.
  • Providing regular, detailed reports on student progress.
  • Tracking and improving class engagement and the learning experience.
  • Being a positive, influential, and outgoing ambassador for Kodland.
  • Implementing creative ideas to stimulate and support our students.


What Makes You the Best Fit?

  • Knowledge of basic 3D principles (polygonal modeling, topology, perspective, rendering, materials, collections).
  • A plus: Education in design to create a harmonious, meaningful, and expressive object-spatial environment.
  • Speak English fluently (C1 level).
  •  Are available to work flexible hours: Weekdays: 4-9 PM GMT | Weekends: 9 AM- 7 PM GMT.
  • Willingness to communicate and have fun in class with children over 11 years old.
  • Knowledge of graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, Canva.
  • No teaching experience is required, but to be invited for an interview, you must complete a digital skills test (this will be sent to you after applying).
  • You'll need to demonstrate knowledge of digital design such as animation, illustration, 3D objects, and work in Tinkercad and Figma, etc.

  • You have great interpersonal skills.
  • You are patient, pleasant, reliable, approachable, and polite.
  • You are punctual and know how to manage time.
  • You enjoy interacting with children and team members.


Other Skills:

  • Ability to follow established goals and guidelines.
  • A desire to help children.
  • Willingness to improve your teaching skills based on feedback.
  • Clear pronunciation and articulation that are easy for children to understand and follow.


Note: This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. After the interview, you will be asked to complete a test task.
