We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our internal team to help us scale our candidate pipeline and hiring capabilities across global markets, with a focus on the Philippines, South Asia, and South Africa.

 

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for legal, sales, operations, and tech roles, supporting global client teams.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and source the best talent accordingly.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Create and manage job listings across platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Job Ads optimization and performance.
  • Drive a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in Zoho Recruit and other documentation tools.
  • Contribute to process improvements and scalable recruitment strategies to support Teams Squared’s global growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in an agency, BPO, or team augmentation environment.
  • Strong experience sourcing and hiring in one or more of the following markets: Philippines, South Asia, South Africa.
  • Track record of hiring across multiple verticals, including legal, operations, and tech.
  • Skilled in passive sourcing and Boolean search methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize LinkedIn Job Ads and drive candidate engagement.
  • Experience using Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with global teams and candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience hiring legal professionals (e.g., attorneys, paralegals, legal analysts) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the talent landscape in emerging markets and cross-cultural hiring.
  • Prior experience in remote-first teams or distributed recruitment functions.
  • Understanding of project-based staffing or managed service models.
