The Role

You’ll be part of our engineering team, involved in solving, designing and implementing solutions for senior living and related industries.

What You’ll Own

• Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Django)

• Lead system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident response

• Drive technical decisions and mentor team members

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Javascript, Python, or similar technologies

• Expertise in database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API design

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Bonus Points

• Production level experience with Django and React

• Production level experience with ML/LLM based solutions

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog, ELK stack)

• Security best practices and compliance requirements expertise

• Open-source contributions or project maintenance

• System design and architecture leadership experience
