Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in technical implementations, integrations, and support within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, data models, and technical components such as HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIP, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Design, develop, and support customizations and integrations for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  •  Develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards.
  •  Perform data conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders.
  •  Configure and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools for Fusion integrations.
  •  Work with Functional Consultants and Business Users to gather and validate technical requirements.
  •  Debug and resolve technical issues related to reports, APIs, extracts, and integrations.
  •  Participate in upgrades, patching impact analysis, and regression testing.
  •  Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repository for all custom developments.
  •  Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in all technical deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:
  •  Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and support.
  •  Strong knowledge of Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, etc.
  •  Expertise in:
  •  HCM Extracts
  •  Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, etc.)
  •  BI Publisher and OTBI
  •  HDL / HSDL
  •  REST/SOAP Web Services
  •  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware
  •  Understanding of Fusion HCM data model and security model (role-based access).
  •  Hands-on experience with change management and deployment tools (FSM, HDL, Configuration Packages).
  •  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
