Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic and fast-paced team on a 6-month contractual engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multiple programming languages, database technologies, and distributed systems. You’ll be working on scalable backend services that power critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain backend services for distributed systems.
Develop scalable and performant APIs and services using languages such as Go, Python, Scala, or Java.
Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of backend systems.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

4–5 years of professional experience in backend development.
Proficient in one or more programming languages: Go, Python, Scala, or Java.
