Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual All-Inclusive Resort Booking Agent to help clients research, plan, and reserve their perfect resort vacations. This remote role involves working with individuals, couples, and families to match them with resorts that align with their preferences and budget. Ideal candidates are service-minded, organized, and knowledgeable about resort destinations and amenities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand vacation preferences, travel dates, and budget

  • Research and recommend all-inclusive resort options in various destinations

  • Book resort accommodations and related services (transfers, upgrades, add-ons)

  • Provide clear and timely information about resort features, inclusions, and policies

  • Handle reservation updates, special requests, and post-booking assistance

  • Track payment deadlines and ensure accurate documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of client profiles and bookings


Requirements:
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred

  • Knowledge of popular resort destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, and beyond

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use online booking platforms

  • Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
