We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Remote Cruise Travel Advisor to assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations. In this role, you will help travelers choose the best cruise line, itinerary, and onboard experience to suit their preferences and budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients create unforgettable cruise experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess cruise preferences, travel goals, and budget
  

• Research and recommend cruise lines, ships, cabin types, and itineraries
  

• Coordinate bookings, upgrades, excursions, and onboard packages
  

• Provide accurate information regarding cruise documentation, policies, and payment timelines
  

• Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests as needed
  

• Stay up to date on cruise line promotions, destinations, and travel requirements
  

• Maintain organized records of bookings and client communications
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in travel planning, cruises, or customer service preferred
  

• Strong knowledge of major cruise lines and destination offerings
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online booking tools
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
