🏢 About the Role

A fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand is hiring a part-time Ecommerce Operator to help manage the day-to-day execution of marketing, product, and content initiatives. This is a remote, flexible role ideal for someone based in Latin America who thrives in async, fast-paced environments.

You’ll collaborate with a lean team to bring ideas to life—whether that means launching new products, optimizing the Shopify site, or sourcing content from creators. You’ll be the go-to for keeping things moving, ensuring the brand doesn’t miss a beat.


🛠 What You’ll Do

You’ll help turn strategy into execution across the brand’s key initiatives.

  • Lead and manage new product creation from idea to launch

  • Coordinate with content creators for high-performing TikToks and Reels

  • Support and oversee the customer service team

  • Keep the Shopify site up-to-date with seasonal campaigns and product drops

  • Identify growth opportunities outside of paid ads

  • Help manage timelines, tasks, and project flow


✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented operator who can own outcomes, not just tasks.

  • Proven experience running or managing a Shopify store (required)

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability

  • Organic social media know-how (especially TikTok & IG Reels)

  • Experience managing customer service operations

  • Product development experience is a big plus

  • Familiarity with eCommerce logistics and backend workflows
