A fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand is hiring a part-time Ecommerce Operator to help manage the day-to-day execution of marketing, product, and content initiatives. This is a remote, flexible role ideal for someone based in Latin America who thrives in async, fast-paced environments.
You’ll collaborate with a lean team to bring ideas to life—whether that means launching new products, optimizing the Shopify site, or sourcing content from creators. You’ll be the go-to for keeping things moving, ensuring the brand doesn’t miss a beat.
You’ll help turn strategy into execution across the brand’s key initiatives.
Lead and manage new product creation from idea to launch
Coordinate with content creators for high-performing TikToks and Reels
Support and oversee the customer service team
Keep the Shopify site up-to-date with seasonal campaigns and product drops
Identify growth opportunities outside of paid ads
Help manage timelines, tasks, and project flow
We’re looking for a detail-oriented operator who can own outcomes, not just tasks.
Proven experience running or managing a Shopify store (required)
Excellent project management and communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability
Organic social media know-how (especially TikTok & IG Reels)
Experience managing customer service operations
Product development experience is a big plus
Familiarity with eCommerce logistics and backend workflows
Experience with eCommerce or DTC brands
A strong sense of brand voice and customer-first thinking
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Klaviyo, or Gorgias
