Job description

We are looking 🔎 for a fantastic AI Chatbot Specialist to join our team and assist our partner in California. đŸ‡șđŸ‡žâ˜€ïžThe company you’ll be working with is a great SaaS provider that helps other companies manage their legal documents.

...but you can always drop by our locations in Bucharest and Cluj if you’re around.

What you'll be doing?
  • 🔾 Design and refine AI prompts that generate user-friendly content like chatbot flows, knowledge base articles, and in-product help.
  • 🔾 Use LLMs and AI tools to create and optimize support resources—FAQs, guides, troubleshooting steps, and more.
  • 🔾 Work with Support, Product, and Success teams to spot common issues and turn them into killer self-service experiences.
  • 🔾 Test, tweak, and fine-tune prompts using performance data, feedback, and real-life user behavior.
  • 🔾 Build and maintain a well-organized library of prompt templates and reusable content blocks.
  • 🔾 Keep it on-brand—make sure all content aligns with tone, style, and voice guidelines.
  • 🔾 Stay ahead of the curve on LLM best practices and push boundaries with new techniques in AI-generated support.

  • đŸ€– You’ve worked with LLMs, AI content generation tools, or have solid experience in prompt engineering.
  • đŸ€– You’ve got a background in technical writing, UX writing, or knowledge base building.
  • đŸ€– You’re familiar with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk and how help centers are structured.
  • đŸ€– You’re passionate about simplifying the complex and making support feel effortless.
  • đŸ€– You’re curious, creative, and always looking to improve.
  • đŸ€– Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like OpenAI, Claude, or LangChain- or if you know a bit of scripting (Python, anyone? đŸ) to automate your workflow.
