The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to our executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to our company's success.
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Handle B2B communications, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Perform bookkeeping tasks using XERO, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Assist with digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Expertise in B2B communications and relationship management.
Proficiency in bookkeeping with XERO.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
