As a Sales Officer, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare sales reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as products, marketing, support, and IT, to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and utilize CRM systems for efficient sales management.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT (Software)
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales automation tools, like Zoho CRM, and MS Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
