Description

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Program Manager to lead and support clinical initiatives aimed at reducing healthcare spend and improving quality outcomes within our ACO REACH and other value-based care programs. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can think critically, manage complex projects, and collaborate across clinical and operational teams to drive measurable impact. The ideal candidate brings a blend of healthcare knowledge, operational expertise, and data-driven decision-making to optimize care delivery and performance.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field (required)
5–7 years of experience in project management, healthcare program management, clinical operations, or value-based care.
Experience with ACOs, ACO REACH, or other CMS innovation models is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to meet organizational goals.
Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
