Background

PeoplePartners is hiring for one of our standout clients in the digital entertainment space. They’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can juggle calendars and contracts with equal finesse—and keep their COO focused, prepped, and always one step ahead.

About the Role

You’ll be the COO’s right-hand—keeping her inbox under control, projects on track, and documents (from presentations to contracts) polished and on point. This is a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, so if you thrive on variety and love being in the know, read on.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully manage the COO’s email inbox (yes, all of it).
  • Schedule meetings, build agendas, prep reports, manage docs.
  • Coordinate internal projects and chase deadlines.
  • Handle confidential info with tact and discretion.
  • Use tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and Zoho CRM daily.
  • Create presentations, templates, and brand-aligned docs.

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy (especially with Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs).
  • You know how to keep calm, even with moving parts flying everywhere.
About YOUR Work History
  • You’ve supported senior leaders or execs before—bonus if you’ve worked remotely.
  • You’ve created templates, presentations, and communications that make others say “wow”.
  • If you’ve used Zoho CRM or dabbled in AI tools—awesome!
About the Culture YOU Thrive In
  • Open convos, emojis, GIFs, and the occasional “you got this!”.
  • Flexible, fast-paced, but never stiff or corporate.
  • Celebrates wins and learns fast from misses.
Key Responsibilities YOU Can’t Wait to Do
  • Own the inbox, calendar, and docs so your exec can focus on the big picture.
  • Build clean, clear communications and reports that make an impact.
  • Bring structure where it’s needed—and agility where it’s not.
How YOU Will Be Measured
  • COO peace of mind (seriously).
  • Timeliness and completeness of support tasks.
  • Your ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
When & Where YOU Will Work
  • Fully remote, ideally from the PH.
  • Core hours: Night-shift ; Monday to Friday.
