Job Title: Marketing Associate

Location: Kerala (Remote / Work-from-Home)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Training Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. Time)
Post-Training Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Associate with a strong background in service marketing—preferably within the financial industry. This role focuses on strengthening BFG’s brand presence through digital campaigns, content creation, market research, and collaboration with external marketing partners. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking, have hands-on experience in digital platforms, and be capable of independently managing day-to-day marketing operations.


Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
  • Manage BFG’s presence across social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, brand-aligned content.

  • Monitor performance metrics across platforms and generate weekly analytics reports.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign targeting and SEO.

Campaigns & Collaboration
  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, and organic outreach).

  • Support the development of marketing materials including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and case studies.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to align campaigns with company goals.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing touchpoints.

Market Research & Strategy
  • Research market trends and identify opportunities within accounting, tax, and business incorporation services.

  • Track competitor activities and suggest strategies for differentiation and growth.

  • Support promotional events, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.

Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain an organized and accurate CRM/prospects database.

  • Provide ongoing marketing support to the sales team to align efforts and drive qualified leads.

  • Handle day-to-day marketing tasks and vendor coordination efficiently.



Requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the professional services or financial sector.

  • A Master’s in Marketing (MBA) or a related qualification is preferred.

  • Proven experience in promoting service-based offerings (accounting, legal, consulting, etc.).

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.

Additional Requirements
  • Must be currently residing in Kerala.

  • Willing to work U.S. time zone during training.

Home Office Setup (Mandatory)

To ensure a productive remote work environment, you must have:

  • A quiet, dedicated workspace without interruptions.

  • A laptop with dual monitors for improved efficiency.

  • High-speed internet connection (Minimum 150 Mbps download / 9 Mbps upload – test here).

  • A backup internet source (e.g., mobile hotspot or alternative broadband).

  • Uninterrupted power supply, such as a UPS or inverter.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

  • Annual Increment: 5% performance-based raise after one year
