Specific Job Responsibilities
1.Promotion (Marketing Operations) and Planning
Collaborate with the buyer team to plan and execute sales strategies
2.Logistics
- Optimize logistics costs and improve inventory efficiency
- Expand the delivery network for large home appliances
3.Customer Support and Store Operations
- Provide instructions and communicate response policies to customer support staff
*Direct customer support is handled by a separate team
- Manage order placement and fulfillment
4.Page Creation
Create shop pages and product pages

Mandatory Qualifications:
