Join our team! Successful and leading title insurance agency is seeking an experienced National Settlement Coordinator to join our team. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal & written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare national settlement statements for the closing of residential real estate purchase and refinance transactions
  • Serve as the point of contact for all parties to the transaction including, underwriters, clients and their respective counsel, lenders, brokers and third-party vendors.
  • Confirm financial figures with all parties involved in the closing transactions.
  • Verbally confirm wiring instructions with parties due to receive funds.
  • Coordinate the disbursement of funds, maintain escrow accounts and process daily payments and deposits.
  • Analyze and review Purchase/Sale and Escrow Agreements to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the same.
  • Prorate Real Estate Tax calculations.
  • Submit tax payments.
  • Respond to and resolve all client and third-party inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply.
  • 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of SoftPro Select a plus
  • Great time management skills
  • Outstanding work ethic with the ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments.
  • Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
  • High level of accountability

  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).

The annual base salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000.
