B2B Account Executive (New Business)

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Diligently: Generate 8+ first sales appointments monthly, making 80+ personalized calls/emails daily within strategic cadences.
Prepare Thoroughly: Dedicate an hour of research before each meeting, tailoring discussions to the client’s specific challenges.
Execute with Value: Leverage our “Value Selling” framework to uncover root business needs and showcase how our Membership Platform delivers measurable results.

Qualifications

Experience engaging senior executives (HR experience is a plus, but not required)
Proven consultative approach focused on delivering tangible business value
Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for continuous learning
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree recommended
