Description

Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact utility and statewide programs focused on energy efficiency, code advancement, and workforce training. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in client contract execution, team performance, and program outcomes.


As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

· Lead day-to-day management of utility and statewide energy efficiency programs, including development, implementation, and reporting.

· Oversee client relationships, contract deliverables, and internal teams to ensure quality execution and satisfaction.

· Manage program forecasting, staffing, budget performance, and P&L to meet organizational and client goals.

· Guide evaluation, continuous improvement, and growth strategies across portfolios, including energy code initiatives and training programs.


This position reports to the Director of Delivery and plays a key role in shaping and scaling programs, advance company goals, and build capacity.

What You Bring

· 7+ years of relevant experience in energy efficiency, program operations, or utility services.

· Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex contracts.

· Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial management skills.

· Familiarity with energy codes, training delivery, and utility program structures preferred.
 

Additional Details

  • Physical Demands: Frequent computer use requiring periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration. 
  • Work Environment: Office work performed in a collaborative environment with a high degree of independence. 
  • Travel Requirements: Some travel to meetings or events as needed.
