Position Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Integrated Marketing Manager to develop clinic and provider-led marketing efforts across SkinSpirit’s national footprint. This role is responsible for identifying and scaling successful clinic-led marketing strategies and ensuring alignment with national marketing priorities. This role will also develop marketing support strategies for our providers, helping drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention through social media, promotions, and education. In addition, this role is responsible for integrating marketing efforts across digital and in-store environments, ensuring a seamless customer journey that maximizes long-term value. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with digital marketing, marketing communications, category management, creative and operations teams to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do: - Lead local marketing strategy development to drive new client acquisition and retention across all locations
- Develop clinic and provider marketing playbooks, campaigns and tools to drive local engagement and unit growth goals
- Integrate clinic and provider-led promotional strategies with national marketing initiatives
- Support new service launches and merchandising strategies for product launches that maximize consumer awareness and uptake
- Work closely with creative to translate brand campaigns into in-store experiences to drive conversion and customer value (e.g., signage, collateral, displays)
- Develop strategic marketing briefs that guide creative development, campaign execution, and cross-functional alignment
- Partner with digital marketing, social media and marketing technology teams to integrate in-store and online experiences
- Leverage insights from clinic teams, client reviews and provider feedback to optimize marketing touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide marketing recommendations
- Create and analyze marketing reports to evaluate the performance of pilots, marketing programs and campaigns. Leverage data to illuminate and optimize the integrated customer journey
What You’ll Bring:- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing or management consulting
- Ability to create reports for marketing analytics and leverage data to guide decision-making
- An understanding of how to bring brand campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints, including physical environments
- Strong writing skills and ability to independently craft marketing briefs
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external contractors
- Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new technology platforms

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000*
*Compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, experience, location, etc.
