About the Role

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will play a consultative role, helping clients effectively use LexisNexis solutions to address key challenges. You’ll develop strategic plans to support adoption and growth while collaborating with teams across Sales, Product, and Segment. This customer-facing role focuses on direct engagement, particularly within the not-for-profit sector, including NGOs, charities, think tanks, and media organizations, with an emphasis on donor development and in-depth research.

This role can be performed anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative onboarding to customers, ensuring engagement and understanding of LexisNexis products.

  • Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Maintain and build relationships with customers, ensuring solutions meet their needs and are optimally utilized.

  • Gather insights from customers to inform product development and communicate needs to product teams.

  • Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and resources to help customers fully leverage Nexis Solutions.

  • Discover unmet customer needs, define prospective solutions, and manage implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support.

  • Keep customers informed of the latest trends and how LexisNexis can assist in optimizing their solutions.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Possess experience in the information industry, with familiarity in research, media monitoring, or due diligence use cases, preferably in a customer success, sales, or consulting role.

  • Be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Be self-motivated and be able to manage a territory independently.

  • Demonstrate solid communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and decision-making abilities.

Salary Range

$68,000- $70,000/ year
