[VM/FC] Financial Controller

The Vehicle Motion division of Bosch develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, steering and dynamics. With our work, we move the automotive industry.
Our Controlling department is responsible for financial topics in the Vehicle Motion division in Japan. We are planning our business, report our results and support our colleagues with financial analyses for important business decisions.

In your new position you will be the key interface to executive management who has the responsibility for either a specific function or a specific product area.

You will act as business partner for the management and closely collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in plant, other regions and HQ in Germany.

You are taking over full FP&A responsibilities:

• Financial planning and targeting
• Actuals and target deviation analysis
• Pro-active, steering-oriented business partnering for upper management
• Regular contact and presentation to local and global management and within the global controlling community
• Controlling process optimization.

• 日本国内およびグローバルなマネージメントとの定期的なコミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーション
• グローバルコントローリングコミュニティ内での連携
• コントローリングプロセスの最適化

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge or experience in finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experiences in controlling, business analysis, finance or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Pro-activeness and a strong business mind-set.
• Smooth communication in Japanese (Advanced, N2+) and English (Business Level) 
• Knowledge of standard IT tools such as Excel, Power point and power BI.
• Finacial qualifications such as CPA, Nissho-Boki and so on.

• 大学卒業
• 財務に関する基本的な知識または経験

あると望ましい資格:

• コントローリング、ビジネス分析、財務または関連分野での3年以上の実務経験
• 会計または財務の学士号
• プロアクティブで強いビジネスマインドセットを持っていること
• 日本語（上級、N2以上）および英語（ビジネスレベル）での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• Excel、PowerPoint、Power BIなどの一般的なITツールに関する知識
• CPAや日商簿記などの財務資格
