Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician in Fort Worth, TX to provide end-user support. The ideal resource must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain good customer focus while meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
Travel to client locations and provide support
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
Work under general supervision
Skills and Qualifications:
Comptia A+ certification required (can be obtained before the end of 90 days)
Must possess good admin and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network
Printer and Wide-Format Printer Experience preferred
Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $17.60 - $25.85 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
