Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processing Administrator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the end-to-end processing of loan applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication with our broker network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry related to loan applications and supporting documents

  • Liaise professionally with mortgage brokers to gather information and provide updates

  • Process loans from initial application through to settlement, including:

  • Verifying documentation

  • Conducting servicing assessments

  • Identifying suitable lenders and preparing quotes

  • Submitting applications

  • Preparing loan contracts

  • Managing final settlements

  • Quick to learn and able to adapt to new systems and processes

  • Strong critical and analytical thinkers

  • Effective problem-solvers with a proactive approach

  • Excellent communicators, both written and verbal

  • Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently with high accuracy
