Your role:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.)
  • Assist with account security and password-related queries
  • Guide customers through repair set-ups for hardware issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to second-level support when needed
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Fluent in Swedish and confident in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with iOS/macOS or similar technology
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
