About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our growing team in Nepal. In this role, you’ll help bring our webinar funnels to life by supporting campaign planning, crafting compelling copy, setting up email workflows, and continuously improving based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing webinar-driven marketing campaigns
  • Write clear, engaging copy for emails, landing pages, and promotional materials
  • Set up and manage email sequences in HubSpot with guidance from senior team members
  • Support A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and copy variations
  • Collaborate with designers and sales teams to ensure brand and message consistency
  • Monitor and report on campaign metrics like open rate, CTR, cost per lead, and bookings
  • Keep campaign documentation up to date and share learnings with the team
  • Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and insights

Requirements
Required Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting digital or email marketing campaigns
  • Strong writing/editing skills for marketing content (email, landing pages, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and testing strategies
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Favorable Experience
  • Exposure to B2C marketing or service-based industries (finance or property preferred)
  • Experience promoting webinars or virtual events
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping or funnel building
  • Interest in the Australian market or expat audience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Certifications in digital marketing, CRM, or copywriting (a plus)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn fast

  • Strong writing/editing background for marketing content (email, landing pages, ads)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/email tools
  • Working knowledge of campaign performance metrics and optimisation
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Favorable Experience
  • Experience in B2C or service-based industries (especially finance or property)
  • Exposure to webinars or online event promotion
  • A/B testing and audience segmentation strategies
  • Familiarity with funnel strategy and customer journey mapping
  • Understanding or interest in serving Australian expat audiences

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Certifications in digital marketing, CRM, or copywriting (preferred)
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
