Qualifications:

✅ 3–4 years of hands-on design experience, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
✅ Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
✅ Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for layout, color, and brand consistency.
✅Excellent communication skills — able to receive feedback gracefully, ask clarifying questions, and implement revisions efficiently.
✅ Proactive and organized — capable of managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✅ A positive, humble, and collaborative attitude — thrives in a team-oriented culture with a solutions-first mindset.

📂 Portfolio Requirement – Applicants must include a creative portfolio that demonstrates a range of design capabilities and brand experience.

Responsibilities of the Designer:

Your responsibilities include:

• 🎨 Creative Design Production:
  • Design a wide range of marketing materials including digital ads, presentation decks, email templates, packaging, print assets, and campaign collateral
  • Support various clients across DTC, Retail, and Tech verticals, adapting to the unique needs and tones of each brand
  • Manage your workload autonomously based on project timelines and volume, with flexibility in how you approach your daily tasks
  • Prioritize quality while maintaining efficiency; task volume may fluctuate week to week
    • Project-switching is limited and only occurs in cases of urgent feedback or high-priority revisions
  • Receive initial content, briefs, and design assets from the Creative Director to kick off each task.
    
    
• 💡 Campaign Conceptualization:
  • Contribute to the creative development of campaigns by participating in brainstorming and strategy meetings
  • Translate meeting briefs into compelling visuals by creating mood boards or initial design concepts
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and other designers to bring campaign ideas to life
    
    
• 🔖 Logo & Brand Identity Development:
  • Develop compelling brand identities, including logo design and visual guideline creation, for both new and existing clients.
  • Design brand kits that may include typography selection, iconography, and other foundational visual elements.
  • Support product launches, rebrands, and new business development through impactful identity systems.
    
    
• ✍️ Feedback Implementation:
  • Apply internal and client feedback effectively to refine designs and finalize deliverables
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, who will review your concepts, consolidate feedback, and guide revisions
  • Expect minimal to no direct client interaction; the accounts team handles most client communication
    
    
• 🔍 Quality Control:
  • Review all work thoroughly before submission to ensure high standards in design quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail, especially across design formats, alignment, and brand coherence

  • Use ClickUp to track, manage, and organize task assignments and deadlines
