Job description

We are looking for Operational Finance Specialists with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and allocating payments;
  • Cost and fee handling and administration;
  • Preparing invoicing documents;
  • Reconciliation of accounting events;
  • Data analysis and validation;
  • Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
  • Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
  • Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
  • Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
  • Identifying areas or processes for improvements.

Requirements

About you:


  • Able to work full or part time
  • Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with MS Office package;
  • Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage);
  • Quick learner and good problem solver;
  • Attention to details;
  • Proficiency with MS Excel;
  • Good with numbers;
  • Tech savvy;
  • Experience with Navision / SAP (advantage);
  • Back office / start-up experience (advantage);
  • Experience with basic reconciliation (advantage)
