Our Luxembourg office is expanding, driven by high from major financial institutions operating in the private sector (banking & insurance) and European Financial Institutions (EIB, EIF, ESM, ECB). We are looking for experienced Consultants (4 – 6 years of experience) and Managers (7 - 10 years of experience) with a track record in the financial services sector to join us.
As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:
Contribute to the development of our service offering (banking & insurance) based on your personal experience in those domains. A previous experience in Compliance / Risk will be considered as an asset.
Manage projects covering both IT and business challenges and involving several consultants;
Help Wavestone consultants in their career development;
Ensure quality production and review of teams’ deliverables;
Work in highly collaborative and international teams;
Manage internal projects to contribute to the ongoing development of the Luxembourg office.
Contribute in the business development (writing proposal, be part of the prospection team, etc.)
Your Profile
You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in finance, management, IT or any related field.
You have solid foundations in consulting skills (4-6 years’ experience for Sr. Consultants, 7 – 10 years of experience for Managers) of e in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role
You have experience in participating in large transformation projects within financial services organisations;
You were involved in strategic planning activities or in large transformation program
You have experience in project management and knowledge on business analysis topics;
You have a sound knowledge in risk management and/or compliance domains;
You demonstrated project management, banking business and IT skills through several projects;
You demonstrated consulting skills such as business process modelling & reengineering, business & IT requirements drafting, target operating model definition or software selection process;
You can quickly grasp new topics and progressively gain autonomy in your assignments;
You are client-orientated and committed to high-quality and timely delivery in order to consistently meet deadlines;
You are a team player and appreciate a collaborative, diverse and international work environment
You have good interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and peers;
You are fluent in English. French and/or another language will be considered as an asset.
