JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead influencer strategies and campaigns, fostering authentic partnerships between brands and creators across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. This role involves casting and managing creator collaborations, handling outreach, negotiations, contracts, and final deliverables. As a key client-facing leader, the ideal candidate will drive creator engagement through content, events, and communications while ensuring smooth financial operations. Working closely with creative, production, and analytics teams, they will craft compelling influencer briefs and align strategies with client objectives to maximize impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role’s primary focus is to source and partner with the right talent for multiple clients, but also will come into contact and have a perspective on strategy, analytics, and processes. This role reports to the Director of Influencer Marketing. 

  • Strategic Talent Partnerships: Identify, secure, and manage influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand goals.  
  • Client Management: Translate client vision into actionable influencer strategies and provide performance reporting.
  • Talent Management: Oversee casting, negotiation, and contract management with diverse creators.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage campaign budgets and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights

 

RELEVANT SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • At least 4+ years, work experience in casting, influencer marketing or a related social media field.
  • Knowledge of all major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or talent agency setting.
  • Experience working directly with clients and brands.
  • Expertise in casting, negotiating, and contracting with creators. 
  • Experienced in owning and managing talent budgets and pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of creator and influencer performance benchmarks and metrics.
  • Experience working on international campaigns and sourcing and working with non-US based talent. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail-oriented with attention to schedules and timelines, and maintenance of records and materials.
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of measurement tools such as CreatorIQ and Tagger.
  • Experience working with Asana.
