We're currently looking for MEP Project Managers to work within one of our MEP Modeling and Coordination Business Units in projects located in the United States!
This is a fully remote position with an excellent compensation package and overall Employee Value Proposition.
Aspiring candidates must have an Advanced or Native level of conversational and written English.
All candidates who do not possess this skill will not be considered.
The Role
A Project Manager is the one who oversees many of the aspects projects have, not only relating to the technical things (like the model and clash-detection), but also dealing with budget and billing, client-management and negotiation, team building and career path development, etc., all this working on many projects at the same time.
The PM role is more managerial than technical, dealing with time and team management, although a certain level of knowledge
of Revit and Navisworks modeling and coordination is an essential requirement.
All candidates should possess an architecture bachelor's degree and broad experience working with MEP trades.
Previous experience in Project Management positions is also a mandatory requirement, as well as:
- Having led large teams of BIM engineers.
- Solid previous experience on client-facing tasks and negotiation skills.
- Project finances: costs analysis, cost basis, budget management, change orders.
- General PMing and scheduling knowledge and experience.
- ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) knowledge.
- MS Suite/management tools (like MS Project).
Candidates’ knowledge and experience on BIM methodology should be as strong as possible (including Revit and Navisworks software),
and experience with projects located in the US is a huge differential. Other desirable requirements are being Agile/Scrum certified.

Location:The Project Manager is a 100% remote position.
