Overview:

NAXCON is seeking a Senior Account Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO,digital marketing, or web analytics. This senior-level position involves strategic concept development,technical implementation, and direct client engagement. Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in independently handling complex SEO and data analysis tasks, as well as excellent coordination and presentation skills. Experience in the financial sector, particularly with banks, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Project Management

• Act as the primary contact for assigned key clients, providing strategic SEO and digital marketing guidance.
• Develop and oversee tailored SEO and analytics concepts for enterprise-level digital projects.
• Provide expert consultation to ensure alignment between SEO efforts and client business goals.

SEO Strategy & Technical Execution

• Independently plan and execute complex SEO tasks, especially in content strategy and optimization.
• Provide technical guidance to operational teams in areas such as on-page and off-page SEO.
• Utilize AI-powered SEO tools and methodologies to increase visibility on platforms like SGE,
• Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT.

Analytics & Reporting

• Manage web analytics projects, including technical audits, traffic analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Create and deliver advanced, data-driven performance reports and recommendations using platforms like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Matomo.

Team Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support coordination of project deliverables.
• Present strategies, results, and insights confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.Requirements:

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage digital projects independently from strategy through execution.
• Experience in the financial sector (e.g., banking) is an advantage.

Skills & Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of SEO strategy and technical implementation.
• Strong proficiency with web analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Ability to develop and articulate digital marketing and SEO concepts to clients and teams.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) mandatory.
