Junior Account Manager

Remote (Based in Pretoria, South Africa)

R12,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month (£500 - £700) + Commission

Full-Time | UK-Based Company 

We're a UK-based company helping businesses reduce risk and improve safety across their sites and were looking for a smart, personable Junior Account Manager to join our team remotely from Pretoria, South Africa.

In this role, you'll work alongside our Strategic Business Development Manager, supporting client relationships, handling follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless experience for our existing clients. This isn't a cold-calling sales role its about building trust, being responsive, and helping accounts run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting ongoing relationships with existing clients
  • Making phone calls to check in, follow up, and maintain service quality
  • Assisting with admin: reports, proposals, scheduling, and CRM updates
  • Keeping communication professional, clear, and proactive
  • Helping the team ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded
What Were Looking For:
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a client-facing role: sales support, account coordination, or admin
  • Confident on the phone and great with people
  • Exceptionally organised and comfortable working independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Must be based in or near Pretoria (occasional in-person catch-ups with the team)
