ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle high volume inbound sales calls daily
Proactively follow up on open contracts and perspective clients
Manage an active task list of clients daily
Maintain a closing rate of at least 20%
Assist with special projects as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum education is High School Diploma
Proficiency with the MS Office Applications
2 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably at least 3 in call center or phone setting environment focusing on services

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
Ability to communicate via phone and email with clients
Ability to display empathy when dealing with clients
Be confident and comfortable in a highly active sales environment
Multi-tasking and ability to quickly learn new products and services
Excellent documentation skills required
Exceptional active listening
Proficient computer skills
Must be money driven!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Continuously requires close vision, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, twisting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, bending, crouching and keyboarding.
Occasionally requires lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching overhead and reaching at or below shoulder level.
Frequent light work that includes moving objects up to 15 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Indoor office setting.
Noise level moderate.
Working in close proximity to others (not applicable to remote or work-from-home status)
