• Assist in planning and executing various projects from start to finish.


• Manage email inbox and handle correspondence professionally.


• Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and set appointments.


• Conduct short research tasks and compile data for decision-making.


• Prioritize daily workloads and support time management.


• Liaise with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication.


• Provide bookkeeping and payroll assistance using Xero.


• Support system improvement initiatives and recommend better workflows.


• Manage and create light social media content and posting.


• Maintain records in ShiftCare, CareMaster, or other similar platforms.


• Stay on top of deadlines and ensure smooth daily operations.
