Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated New Logo Account Executive to drive new business revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new clients. This is a hunter role focused entirely on net-new logo acquisition. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled in consultative sales, and has a track record of exceeding quotas in SaaS or B2B tech sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.

  • Qualify leads to understand pain points, business needs, and budget.

  • Deliver compelling, consultative product demos that align ClubOS ONE’s value with prospect goals.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign feedback and lead quality.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, forecasting pipeline and deal stages regularly.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, with a strong emphasis on new business development.

  • Proven ability to close deals in a consultative, solution-based sales process.

  • Experience managing a pipeline with CRM tools such as Salesforce, or similar.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter with high accountability and strong time management.

  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or POS tech industry is a plus.
