What You’ll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Karate DSL, JavaScript, and other relevant tools.
  • Build robust data validation frameworks using SQLPython and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Perform functionalintegration, and regression testing for APIs, databases, and UI components.
  • Configure and customize test environments to align with client-specific needs.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results clearly and comprehensively.
  • Provide post-deployment support and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA automation, system integration, or software implementation.
  • Proficiency in Karate FrameworkCucumber, Robot framework or similar automation tools.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRATestRail, or relevant tool.
  • Strong understanding of data mappingdata pipelines, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with scripting/programming languages such as PythonJavaScript, or C#.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Azure Data Factory, and API testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation in DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of version control tool like Github, TFS..etc
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of performance testing and security testing tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools for test metrics and dashboards.

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $110,000-150,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
