National Sales Manager

We're looking for a confident, talented leader to join our team reporting to the Professional Hygiene Commercial Director.  Your role as Sales Manager will be to plan, direct and monitor the sales teams’ activities. To identify business opportunities and secure achievement of established sales targets according to defined sales processes and strategy. 

Our Professional Hygiene Business Unit includes operations in North America and Europe, selling primarily under the TORK brand.​ TORK is the leading global professional hygiene brand with sales in 110 countries. The TORK brand offers professional hygiene products and solutions to customers ranging from restaurants and healthcare facilities to offices, schools and industries. Products include dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, napkins, and industrial and kitchen wipers, as well as intelligent washroom dispensing systems.​ 

This is a remote based role that be based anywhere in the UK.

What You Will Do
  • Direct and develop the sales organisation to maximize structure, talent, and results.
  • Coach team members to sharpen sales techniques and consistently exceed targets.
  • Translate business goals into actionable sales plans and oversee daily execution.
  • Forecast sales, manage budgets, and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
  • Optimise resource allocation using customer segmentation to boost efficiency.
  • Negotiate with key customers to secure strategic deals and long-term value.
  • Contribute to sales, marketing, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Ensure customer profitability and long-term satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Play a key role in shaping strategic direction through data-driven insights.
