Job Summary:
Pets Best Pet Insurance is seeking a skilled Marketing Optimization Manager to lead initiatives focused on driving growth, improving conversion rates, and increasing retention within the United States. The remote role combines strategic planning and campaign execution and reports to the head of Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database marketing, conversion rate optimization, a proven track record of achieving performance marketing KPIs, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns and strategies that leverage user and prospective customer data to acquire, retain, and engage customers effectively.
· Serve as primary owner of multiple database channels, including email and referral marketing, ensuring their success and alignment with overall marketing goals.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, IT, and creative teams to drive business outcomes and ensure campaign effectiveness.
· Monitor and evaluate campaign performance implementing data-driven decisions to refine strategies and optimize KPIs.
· Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, reporting discoveries, and make data-drive improvement recommendations.
· Work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple projects.
· Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices regarding database management to continually enhance our marketing strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Database Management.
· Experience: Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience with history of successfully achieving performance marketing KPIs.
· Strong CRM background
· Experience within insurance/finance preferred.
· Occasional travel may be required
