THE POSITION  

Contractor Relations Representative (CRR) will perform a variety of functions that primarily involve establishing a relationship with contractors in covered areas, maintaining relationships with contractors, and maintaining follow-up with customers ensuring that we are providing quality customer service. 

WHAT YOU DO  

  • Arriving for your scheduled shift on time  

  • If any changes to shift or absence/tardy request inform direct manager before the shift is set to begin  

  • Completing your assigned daily tasks as distributed by the managers  

  • Build B2B relationships with technicians/trade partners across covered areas  

  • Maintain daily metrics as set aside by your manager (subject to change)  

  • Minimum 75 Outbound calls daily  

  • 30 Pending Claims worked per day  

  • Minimum 5 NPS scores collected per day  

  • 6.5 hours of log time per day  

  • Source out work orders to technicians/trade partners within network  

  • Client follow-up to ensure quality customer service by providing technician/trade partner information  

  • Technician/trade partner follow-up to confirm the scheduled appointment(s)  

  • Outsource contractors when needed with at least 5 attempts for each claim  

  • Correctly label claim disposition to ensure reporting accuracy for management  

  • Have a well established on-going knowledge of CRM systems operations and functions  

  • Notify the direct manager of any broken relationship or broken standards from contractors/trade partners
