The Campus Support Director (CSD) for Organizational Transformation is a dynamic leadership role designed for professionals with specialized expertise in change management and strengthening organizational health. This position is ideal for those with a background in financial, operational, fundraising, and talent/HR management, coupled with experience in consulting or guiding organizations through periods of significant transformation and/or growth.
As the CSDOT, you will maintain a portfolio of campuses and partner with other CSDs to drive high impact initiatives and strategies on campus. You will implement systems and strategies across a unique subset of campuses that will enhance sustainability, operational efficiency, fundraising capacity, and talent development. Working in a consultation capacity with campus professionals and boards to help diagnose issues, you will implement best practices to optimize performance, manage change, and achieve long-term success.
Your work will help build resilient Hillel organizations, equipping them with the long term tools, frameworks, and strategies needed to thrive in an evolving landscape.
