Position Summary 

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Line Producer to support the planning and coordination of remote audio and video productions for medical education programs. This role is centered on pre-production logistics, including scheduling, crew coordination, and client communication.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and medical professionals to ensure productions are well-executed, delivered on time, and aligned with the program’s educational design and technical goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. We’re looking for someone with a big-picture mindset who’s also eager to learn, resilient under pressure, and skilled at navigating interpersonal dynamics.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Support the planning and execution of videoconference-style production recordings. 
  • Collaborate with Education Program Directors and Medical Directors to understand the scope, objectives, and deliverables for remote productions.
  • Develop a clear understanding of internal stakeholder relationships, understanding team structures, and adapting to varying communication needs and workflows across departments.
  • Schedule internal crew and maintain the production calendar.
  • Assist the Line Producers with studio-related pre-production tasks such as budgeting, vendor coordination, expense tracking, etc. 
  • Coordinate the shipment and return of technical equipment to and from Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Identify potential production risks and work with teams to develop contingency plans.
  • Maintain accurate production records and provide timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Professional Education
  • Strong interest in Audiovisual Production, Media, Communications, Events, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in coordinating video productions or events (familiarity with remote production is a plus).
  • Strong interest in video production workflows.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with heavy reliance on email and virtual communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive or high-stakes situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow within a production team.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace and project tracking platforms (familiarity with Quickbase is a plus).
