Job description

Your Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Pricing Manager to own and evolve our pricing strategy across markets and customer segments. You’ll combine strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking to design and implement pricing models that fuel revenue growth, improve margins, and strengthen our competitive position.

This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing — identifying opportunities, modelling scenarios, and driving execution. You’ll also lead the development of sales pricing tools and calculators that enable field teams to sell confidently and consistently.

 

Your Impact

  • Own our global pricing strategy for IoT connectivity and platform services — from modelling to implementation and iteration. 
  • Build pricing models and forecasts to simulate outcomes, assess trade-offs, and optimize for revenue, margin, and conversion. 
  • Develop sales tools and pricing calculators to support deal structuring and ensure alignment with strategic pricing guidance. 
  • Build and report on product adoption KPIs and performance, supporting product managers to identify areas for improvement and impact measurement  
  • Lead customer segmentation and value-based pricing analysis to tailor offers and monetization strategies across customer types. 
  • Stay ahead of the competition by tracking industry trends, competitor pricing models, and packaging strategies. 

 

Your Skills

  • Extensive experience in pricing, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or analytics — ideally in B2B SaaS, telecom, or IoT
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing pricing strategies that drove  measurable business impact. 
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proven proficiency in SQLExcel, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis is a strong plus. 
  • Deep understanding of commercial models, monetization frameworks, and Telco/IoT/SaaS/usage-based pricing. 
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills — able to influence senior stakeholders and present complex insights clearly. 
  • Experience building and maintaining sales calculators, quoting tools, or CPQ platforms is a bonus.
