Reclatam is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing law firm based in Georgia, to find a Workers Compensation Legal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for client service and experience in workers compensation cases.
Assist attorneys with workers compensation cases from intake to settlement.
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers regarding case status and documentation.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and organized client files within Filevine.
Monitor deadlines and calendar hearings, appointments, and filing dates.
Follow up with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients with empathy and professionalism.
1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in workers compensation law (required).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with Filevine case management software (required).
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
100% remote position with a U.S.-based legal team.
