Role: Performance Marketing Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00pm - 6:00am Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH


The Performance Marketing Specialist will work under the guidance of the Associate Director, Performance Marketing, contributing to the implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels. This role will collaborate closely with the brand and marketing team to execute paid search, display, and social advertising strategies tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid media channels and exhibit proficiency in key tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. 



Who you are:

  • You are a skilled paid media professional with experience managing paid media campaigns. Agency experience is a plus.
  • You have a solid understanding of strategy execution for both B2B and B2C audiences. Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
  • Your expertise in paid channels enables you to effectively utilize them to achieve organizational objectives.
  • You are proficient in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • You have experience setting up conversion tracking in Google Tag Manager, creating goals in GA4, and building reports in Looker Studio.
  • A data-driven approach defines your work; you excel in evaluating metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • You possess strong analytical and communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights clearly and logically.
  • Your eagerness to learn, collaborative spirit, and attention to detail make you a valuable asset to any team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Associate Director, Performance Marketing to execute strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display, video, and social platforms.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization, including strategy refinement and budget management.
  • Support the creative team by providing performance data and strategic direction for ad creation.
  • Continuously identify optimization opportunities, conducting A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages.
  • Ensure that campaigns meet predefined conversion objectives, monitoring performance closely.
  • Own campaign tracking and analytics setup, including event tagging in Google Tag Manager, goal configuration in GA4, and UTM strategy implementation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker Studio and GA4) to analyze performance trends and present data-driven insights to internal teams.
  • Assist in managing and reporting on advertising spend to ensure efficient budget allocation.
  • Stay updated on emerging ad platforms and industry best practices to drive innovation and optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or another business-related field
  • Must have 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media (search, paid social, and display)
  • Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager, GA4 goal setup, and Looker Studio reporting - Non-Negotiable
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

  • Bonus qualifications: Agency experience and knowledge of running hospitality-based ads
